Bach Appraisal Service LLC has been in business to serve your real estate appraisal needs
since 1986. We specialize in Residential, Small Commercial, Divorce Cases, Estates and Tax
Protest appraisals. Kenneth L. Bach, Partner/Owner has been an appraiser since 1966 working
as an independent fee appraiser as well as in the Morgan County Assessor's Office as a Senior
Staff Appraiser. He was also a licensed real estate sales agent from 1972 until 1986, at which
time he placed his license "on ice". LaCorda A. Bach, Partner/Owner has been involved in the
real estate field since 1978, when she became a licensed real estate sales agent in Loveland,
Colorado and in 1982 she became involved in the appraisal side of the real estate field. Both
Kenneth and LaCorda have extensive experience on the Colorado State Assessment Audit,
working with two firms that held the contract from 1983-1991. This audit was mandated by the
Colorado State Legislature to ascertain whether the county assessor's offices were in
compliance with recognized appraisal technique and were using qualified data to arrive at
value for taxation purposes. This was accomplished by the appraiser going into all 63 counties
(at that time) and completing appraisals on several properties. This was the key focal point of
the Bach's business for the first two years in existence. Kenneth has also served on the
Colorado Board of Assessment Appeals, and as a hearing officer for Pitkin, Eagle and Denver
County Assessment Appeals. LaCorda has served as an arbitrator for assessment appeals for
Larimer County.
